D'Olive Bay Watershed 2019 Wetland Extent and Quality

Dataset extent

To map wetlands in the D'Olive watershed the Baldwin County Wetland Advanced Identification Map (ADID, 2005) was used as a starting condition and updated with 2018-2019 ortho imagery, LiDAR contour data, and field assessment. Wetland Rapid Assessment Procedure (WRAP) scores were determined during 2019 field surveys, mostly in and near D'Olive Watershed stream restoration project sites. For inaccessible locations in the broader watershed that were not inspected in the field, assessment of wetland extent and condition was made though evaluation of adjacent land cover, prior observations, and best professional judgment. Digital spatial data were analyzed in ArcGIS 10.3.7.
