Redhead Duck (Aythya americana) Feeding Activity and Gut Content Analysis at Three Sites in Coastal Alabama (2013-2015)

Dataset extent

Waterfowl (redhead diving duck, Aythya americana) activity observed over two winter seasons from December 2013 and ending in March 2015. Also included are gut contents of redheads collected during the winters of 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. The study area was in the northern Gulf of Mexico expanding from Point aux Pins to Perdido, Alabama.
